Our FY2026–2028 Strategic Plan is the roadmap guiding Center for Neighborhoods toward a future of resilient, equitable, and thriving communities. Grounded in our Theory of Change, this plan focuses on three core priorities: Education & Engagement, Planning & Economic Development, and Policy & Advocacy.
